Job Requirements
  • Direct the activities of dock forklift drivers in all activities related to shipping/receiving.
  • Greet and interact with an average of 25-40 incoming truck drivers daily.
  • Work with Production determining production/customer needs.
  • Create and amend daily production schedules based on inventory and customer requirements.
  • Generate invoicing and shippers on a daily basis, as well as paperwork for incoming discrepancies and special billing.
  • Daily contact with customer base verifiying production needs and/or problem resolution.
  • Improve and maintains customer relationships through timely and accurate written and verbal communication and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain timely and accurate recordkeeping inventory levels, cycle counts, FIFO standards and associate records.
  • Flexibility on hours as it pertains to start / end times and weekend requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience performing the Essential Duties in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven strong analytical, written and verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Previous experience supervising production or shipping and receiving associates.
  • Demonstrated computer profiency in Word & Excel.
  • Comfort level needed in logistics and the ordering of expedited freight.
  • Experience supervising forklift drivers in a manufacturing enviornment is preferred.

Quality Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Completes PPAP submissions, part certification, Cpk/Ppk analysis, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related activities.
  • Establishes, maintains, and improves relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Ensures compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of quality related documentation.
  • Trains and assists Quality Inspectors on acceptable standards and paperwork completion.
  • Spends a significant amount of time on the Plant floor working with Production, Shipping and Receiving, and other Quality associates ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Supervises Inspectors and other Quality associates.

 

Qualifications
  • Must have 2+ years experience performing the Essential Duties.
  • Associates degree in a related field or three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Proven strong analytical, written and verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Must have experience with ISO 9000 and TS16949.
  • Must have SPC charting experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Proven process improvement and project management skills.
  • Flexibility on hours as it pertains to start / end times and weekend requirements.
